SWIM SCHOOL (Learn To Swim Lessons)

With drowning statistics increasing annually, equipping yourself or your child with the skills of survival in and around water is priceless. Our focus is to provide high quality experienced instructors in an environment where students of all ages are able to progress rapidly.

Our Swimming Lessons are endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia.  Complete swimming programs are available for all ages and abilities, including infants, pre-schoolers, school age, teens, adults, squad sessions, school holiday programs, schools and community groups, and also those with special needs designed to advance our students confidence, skill level, stroke development, endurance safety and enjoyment.  

All of our instructors hold a current Austswim certificate and attend regular workshops and training.  Our Swim Teachers have a genuine interest and appropriate experience for the development of your child’s, or your own swimming.

Swimming Lesson fees include participant and supervising parents entry to the centre and both are welcome to stay after the lesson and enjoy our facility.

Swim and Survive Levels

INFANTS 6 months - 3 years: These water familiarisation classes are designed to introduce children to kicking, floating and submerging with an emphasis on fun and water exploration. It is also a chance for parents or guardians to share the joy of your child's aquatic experience. $15.00 per week on direct debit allows both the student and a parent/guardian unlimited access to the centre oustide of the once a week lesson.

PRE SCHOOL 3 –5 years: These classes are designed to develop skills which enable children to achieve the basic swimming and survival skills within Austswim guidelines of Infant Aquatics. $15.00 per week on direct debit allows the student unlimited access to the centre and a parent/guardian until the student is 5yo outside of their once a week lesson.

SCHOOL AGE 5 years and Up: This program covers water safety and stroke technique in freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke as well as survival strokes. $15.00 per week on a direct debit allows the student unlimited access to the centre outside of their once a week lesson

ADULTS: Classes are conducted for Beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels. These classes accommodate the adult who is needing basic stroke skills or stroke technique. $15.00 per week on a direct debit allows the student unlimited access to the centre outside of the once a week lesson.

PRIVATE LESSONS/SPECIAL NEEDS: Private lessons are available on application to the Swim School Co-ordinator.
